EAS & Closed Caption Systems

EAS alerts come at the national, state and local level to automatically notify broadcast and cable TV viewers and radio listeners of emergencies affecting their immediate area.  Content creators of all sizes need closed caption encoding of their content if it is going to be viewed in a public venue in order to comply with ADA legislation.
