Synchronizers & Time Base Correction

Video signals that are not timed to the studio reference - satellite feeds, video over IP, external fiber and consumer equipment - can be timed to the studio using a video synchronizer.  Analog VCRs may also need time base correction, a function built in to many analog synchronizers.
