AV Installation Technician/Team Leader

Areas of expertise include:
- Multimedia systems
- Audio-Visual systems
- Conference room design
- Video-conferencing systems
 
Interested candidates should have the following minimum qualifications:
- Two-year technical degree or two years of related experience
- Commercial audio/video installation experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to travel with overnight stays
- CTS certification a plus

 

AV Project Manager

Areas of expertise include:
- Multimedia systems
- Audio/visual systems
- Conference room design
- Video conferencing systems
 
Interested candidates should have the following minimum qualifications:
- Project management experience in the AV/construction industries
- Two-year technical degree and/or five years of related experience
- Commercial audio/video installation experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to travel with overnight stays
- A desire to take on responsibility
- CTS certification a plus

 

Design Engineer/Programmer

Interested candidates should have the following minimum qualifications:
•    Two year technical degree and two years of related experience
•    Audio/visual system design experience
•    Audio/visual control programming experience
•    Excellent oral and written communication skills
•    Ability to work with minimal supervision
•    Ability to travel with overnight stays
•    CTS+ certification (ICIA) a strong plus

 

AV Engineers, Installers, Project Managers, Field Service Techs

We are currently looking for a highly motivated, experienced audio/visual systems engineers, installers, and project managers to join our team.
The successful candidates will have:
Engineer:
•    Experience designing complex audio-visual, video-conferencing, and control systems
•    AMX or Crestron Programming experience a plus
•    CTS, CTS-D, C-EST, CVE certifications a plus
•    Other manufacturer certification (Biamp, Extron, Polycom, etc.) a plus
•    CAD experience a plus
Installer:
•    Experience installing complex audio-visual, video-conferencing, and control systems
•    Familiarity with various structural mounting methods and practices
•    Familiarity of low voltage NEC codes
•    CTS, CTS-I, C-EST, CVE certifications a plus
•    Other manufacturer certification (Biamp, Extron, Polycom, etc.) a plus
Project Manager:
•    Experience managing complex audio-visual, video-conferencing, and control systems installations
•    Great customer service mind set and approach
•    Great communication skills - both written and verbal
•    CTS, CTS-I, C-EST, CVE certifications a plus
•    Other manufacturer certification (Biamp, Extron, Polycom, etc.) a plus
•    MS Project experience a plus
Field Service Tech:
•    Experience troubleshooting and repairing complex audio-visual, video-conferencing, and control systems
•    AMX or Crestron programming experience a plus
•    Component level diagnostic and repair experience a plus
•    CTS, CTS-I, C-EST, CVE certifications a plus
•    Other manufacturer certification (Biamp, Extron, Polycom, etc.) a plus

   

Lead Installer

The employee in this position is responsible for the overall quality of multiple installations. This position requires multi-tasking. While on the job site this employee will direct and lead other installers while also mentoring and tutoring them. The majority of this employee's time would be spent doing hands-on installations, while maintaining job timelines through the supervision of the assigned project manager. This employee will rely heavily on previous experiences and a high level of judgment and creativity to improve productivity.
Responsibilities:
•    Directing the other installers
•    Maintaining quality standards for installation
•    Assigned van maintenance and general upkeep
•    Mentor and tutor other installers
•    Layout of equipment, camera mounts, TV displays, input/output panels, cable management.
Qualifications:
•    Strong customer relations skills
•    Audio, video, video-conference, and control system knowledge
•    Knowledge of Broadcast Systems and Integration is a Plus
•    Strong knowledge of system configuration and installation
•    Associates degree, electronic or mechanical trade school education required
•    2-3 years experience in custom A/V installation recommended
•    Industry certifications a plus (CTS, C-EST, etc.)
 
 

Design Systems Engineer

The successful candidate will have a 4 year degree in electronics, 2+ years experience as a Design Engineer. Some travel may be required within Southeast. Key skills include design of commercial audio visual and broadcast integrated systems, provide technical support to the sales staff and technical team members. Job requirements include CAD, electronics background, full knowledge of up-to-date audio and visual systems. CTS+ certification (ICIA) a strong plus.
